Orenmere offers complimentary standard shipping within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Made for your order

Each artwork is printed and framed after you place your order. Please allow an estimated 5–10 business days for production, followed by approximately 6–10 business days for delivery. The estimated total is 11–20 business days from order to arrival.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. A different timeframe shown on a product page or at checkout will be identified before you order.

Tracking and delays

We will email your shipping confirmation and tracking link when your order is dispatched. If we cannot dispatch within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a refund.

If tracking has stopped updating or your delivery is overdue, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Delivery details

Please check your address carefully before ordering. For an address correction, contact us promptly. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once production has started.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please follow our Returns & Damage policy.
