These terms apply to purchases from Orenmere. Please read them with our Shipping policy, Returns & Damage policy and Privacy policy.

Our artworks

We offer open-edition fine-art reproductions, printed and framed to order. These are reproductions of the credited original artworks, not original paintings or artist-signed limited editions. Each product page states the materials, frame options and approximate dimensions. The size selector refers to the outside frame.

Framed and room images are digital previews. Screen settings and lighting can affect perceived color; these previews do not replace the written size and material specifications. This does not limit your rights if an item is defective or materially differs from its description.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and any delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use.

If we cannot supply an ordered item or discover a material pricing or description error, we will contact you to explain the available options. We will not substitute an artwork, frame or price without your agreement. If the affected order is canceled, we will refund the amount paid for it.

Production, delivery and returns

Production begins after an order is accepted for fulfillment. Cancellation requests must be made promptly and are subject to confirmation that production can be stopped. Our Shipping and Returns & Damage policies explain estimated timing, delays, change-of-mind exclusions and remedies for damaged, incorrect or undelivered orders.

Website and artwork information

Original artists and museum sources are credited for reference. Orenmere does not claim museum affiliation or exclusive rights in public-domain artworks. Purchasing a print does not confer exclusive rights in the underlying artwork.

Contact and changes

For questions or help with an order, use our contact form. The terms displayed when you place your order apply to that purchase. Later changes apply to later orders. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
